Dur-é Dara (percussion), Jenny Ruth Barnes (voice), Scott McConnachie (soprano & alto saxophones) and Ren Walters (guitar) are interested in making adventurous music with visiting expatriate Samuel Hall (drums, percussion) the night before he leaves Melbourne, returning to life in Europe where he has been based over the past 5 years, in Spain and, again, Berlin.
These five players were active in numerous and varied GAIP activities from 2011 to 2017. After a long time apart, this performance will be a joyous reunion.
